Whats inside the meals?

Greek Yogurt: Plain Greek Yogurt / Honey / Granola

Wrap + Salad: Multigrain Wrap / Hummus / Shredded Cheese / Rice / Diced Chicken / Red+Green Pepper / Onion / Dressing / Spicy Mayo

Veggies + Ranch: Cold Veggies / low-fat ranch

Rice Tray + Yams: Rice / Red+Green Peppers / Onion / Diced Chicken / Spicy Mayo / Yams
notes: I usually layer the rice at the bottom, add the peppers and onion, then drizzle the mayo before putting the diced chicken on top. This prevents all the Spicy Mayo from sticking to the lid of the container and spreads evenly with the veggies. You can section off a little bit in the container to put the Yams on the side.

Egg + Almond + Cheese: Eggs / Almonds and Cheese
notes: cut cheese into small blocks. About 5-6 blocks per person.

Pasta: Penne / Pasta Sauce / Chicken / Pesto / Cheese / Red + Green Peppers / Onions
notes: Raman will prepare pasta

Chicken Salad: Salad Kit / Chicken / Dressing / Crumbled Goat Cheese

notes: I usually make a small section of chicken beside the salad mix. Just a small amount of Goat cheese, as it gets overwhelming.

Peanut Butter + Crackers + Celery: Peanut Butter / Crackers / Celery
notes: cut celery into smaller pieces, about 7-8 pieces per person. About 10 crackers per person.

Salmon + Veggies: Salmon / Salmon Dressing / Rice / Steamed or boiled Veggies
notes: Raman will prepare salmon.

Rice Bowl + Yams: Rice / Red+Green Peppers / Onion / Diced Chicken / Spicy Mayo / Yams
notes: same as the Rice Tray, but all ingredients are mixed together, except for Yams.

Tzitki + Crackers + Grapes: Tzitki / Crackers / Grapes
notes: about 10 crackers per person
